Why come to Denia?

Dénia is a port city in the Spanish Levante region, bathed by the Mediterranean. On a hill next to the marina stands a castle, which hosts the Archaeological Museum and where you can see Roman artefacts found in the area. Additionally, Denia has a Toy Museum that will give you a journey through the town’s toy-making heritage. Moreover, the Ethnological Museum, housed in a 19th century terraced house, contains works that tell the story of local life. Nearby are the baroque church of La Asunción and the arcaded town hall.
